...happy birthday to my gorgeous niece jana...
for this special occasion, it had to be a special birthday treat...very special and very sweet.
...she loves white chocolate...she loves oreos...and she loves stylish and fancy accessories.
so the cake candelabra just seemed to be perfect....and why not sticking it into marshmallow oreo fudges...???
...i thought this is pretty much cool and luckily she loved it.
this is what you need
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- dash of salt
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate, chopped
- 20 oreos, crushed
this is what you have to do
- place marshmallow fluff and white chocolate into the bowl of your stand mixer and set aside
- melt sugar, butter, heavy cream and salt in a sauce pan
- bring to boil a at medium heat and stir thoroughly
- continue stiring and boiling for five minutes
- pour mixture into the mixing bowl over the marshmallow and white chocolate mixture
- beat for one to two minutes until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth
- fold in crushed oreos
- pour mixture in a 9 inch square greased pan
- place in the fridge for at least four hours
- cut in squares
- enjoy
