yes...i know it is about time to come up with some other craft idea, but the flower backdrop did not come to its end yet.
my promise...only one more to come...and them...then only more post about the paper flower backdrop and then i am done.
...so here is the second last kraft paper flower...quick and easy.
and the other paper flowers can be found here:

this is what you need
- kraft paper
- pencil
- eraser (just in case)
- scissors
- glue stick
- glue
- template
this is what you have to do
- draw the outlines of the template onto the kraft paper
- try to add as many petals as possible onto one sheet of kraft paper
- cut out the petals
- get your first petal ready
- fold the petal into half
- open the petal again
- repeat with the remaining petals...i needed about 15 petals
- cut out a small circle
- apply some glue onto the oute edge of the circle
- adhere the first petal onto the the circle
- glue the second petal right next to the fold of the first petal
- halfway there
- continue until the entire circle is covered with petals
- fold the beginning of the strip over
- turn the strip over fold it over again
- keep on folding back and forth
- an accordion folding should be the result
- repeat with the second strip of kraft paper
- get your scissors ready
- to shape the strip cut the paper at an angle
- glue both strips together
- form a wreath
- open the folded paper wreath
- hold he paper wreath down with a heavy something
- apply some glue in the centre of the flower
- add the wreath and press firmly onto the glue
- and that's it
a simple paper flower, which surely looks good on the giant paper flower backdrop
